Inflammation is to root of all health issues. If you are eating foods you are sensitive to you are causing inflammation in your body. That’s not something you want! J

The Elimination Diet is the gold standard for determining food sensitivities. It is a 6 week program that involves eliminating specific foods for 3 weeks and then reintroducing them in a systematic manner. This program includes:

• 5 group meetings
• handouts, recipes and a suggested meal plan • cooking demo

• email support
• support from other group members

We recommend doing the elimination diet at least once every 2 years. It gets easier every time 🙂
